S.W.O.T. Analysis

In 2018, Ben served as Council President of the Borough of Greenville and brought together 30 community members to develop a vision for the town. Throughout the year we were able to complete a S.W.O.T. analysis focusing on five distinct aspects of our community: Residential Neighborhoods, Commercial Blocks & Downtown, Recreation/Arts & Entertainment, Economic Development, and Organizations/Institutions. Beck X Co developed the branding of this task force, created a web page for the members, and created and organized all of the content. The results of this ultimately benefited an economic steering committee that produced a completed plan to help steer the Greenville community towards revitalization and growth.
